My name is Daniel Barrett, I live in Melbourne, Australia and have a passion for web design. I have been developing for around 3 years. Just recently I’ve taken the show to the freelance road – with mixed results.
In September 2008 I won the Web Design category of the Monash University IT Challenge 2008 with this design of my website. That kick-started my career in web design.
I am always on the lookout for new and interesting techniques to increase my knowledge and skills in web design. The last few months I’ve been getting pretty hardcore with PHP and I’m aiming to do the Zend PHP 5 Certification Course to become a Zend Certified Engineer within the next few months.
